We are delighted to welcome you to our family-run hotel, nestled in the beautiful Arlberg region of Tyrol, where world-class skiing, breathtaking mountain scenery, and warm hospitality come together to create unforgettable holidays.
I would love to share a little of our family’s story with you.
I first arrived in St. Anton am Arlberg in 1998, during the difficult aftermath of the avalanches in nearby Galtür. Even in those challenging times, I was deeply moved by the strength and warmth of the mountain community, and I immediately felt at home in this extraordinary part of the Austrian Alps.
After briefly returning to the USA to support my family’s business, I came back to St. Anton in 2007 with my late husband, Theodor Falch. Together we built our family here, raising our two sons surrounded by the mountains we love so much. In 2018, we purchased and renamed Arlen Lodge Hotel, creating a welcoming alpine home for guests seeking both adventure and comfort in St. Anton am Arlberg.
Sadly, my husband passed away in January 2020, just before the pandemic, but the mountains continue to give our family strength, joy, and purpose.
Today, our sons share that same passion for mountain life. Whether skiing the legendary slopes of the Ski Arlberg region, snowboarding, hiking, trail running, or mountain biking through the stunning alpine landscapes of St. Anton, they embrace the active mountain lifestyle that defines this remarkable destination.
As a former ski instructor and certified hiking guide, I am always happy to share local recommendations — from favorite ski runs and scenic hiking trails to hidden gems that make St. Anton am Arlberg so special.
