The prices are per person per night, including our hearty breakfast, and are based on a stay of 4 days with standard occupancy per room category.
By our booking online, the local tax of € 5,- per person aged 16 and over per night is included in the final amount.
When booking the Arlen Lodge Suite as an apartment, breakfast can be included for a surcharge of EUR 15.- per day per adult and per child aged 13 and over, EUR 10.- for children up to 12 years old, and free for children from 0 to 3 years. The final cleaning is also included in the online booking.
Rooms/suites are available from 3 PM and are reserved until 6 PM. For arrivals after this time, we kindly ask our guests to inform us. We request that guests vacate their rooms by 10 AM on the day of departure, otherwise, an additional day will be charged.
One car is free, and for each additional car, EUR 10.- per day will be charged. Reservations are binding upon deposit receipt (30% of the booking amount).
Children's rate in the double room in the parents' room:
- 0 - 2 years: Free in a crib or the parents' bed. We kindly ask you to inform us before arrival.
Children's discount for triple rooms and suites, for an extra bed or crib per person per night, please input children's ages at the time of booking!
Single occupancy in the room and apartment categories is also possible.

- Free cancellation until 00:00 (local time) on the day before arrival.
- In case of later cancellation, no-show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

- up to 31 days before arrival: free cancellation
- up to 42 days before arrival: changes in the number of persons possible (price changes possible)
- 30 days to 14 days before arrival 70% of the total booking value
- up to 7 days before arrival 90% of the total booking value
- in case of later cancellation, no-show, later arrival or earlier departure 100% of the total booking value is due.
After booking we ask for a deposit of 30% and the remaining 40% until 60 days before arrival.
