Summer prices

Prices are per person and night, including our generous breakfast buffet, and are based on the standard occupancy of the respective room category.

The local tourist tax of €5.00 per person and night applies to guests aged 16 and over and will be added to the room rate at the end of the online booking process.

When booking the Arlen Lodge Suite as an apartment, the breakfast supplement is €18 per person and day for adults and children aged 13 and over, €10 per person and day for children aged 4 to 12, and free of charge for children aged 0 to 3. Final cleaning is included with online bookings.

If the kitchen in the Arlen Lodge Suite is used, an additional fee of €25.00 per day will be charged.

Rooms and suites are available for check-in from 3:00 pm and will be held until 6:00 pm. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know in advance. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am. Late check-out without prior agreement may result in an additional night's charge.

One parking space per booked room is included. Each additional car is charged at €10.00 per day.

Reservations become binding upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total booking amount.

Children’s rate in a double room when sharing with their parents:
Children aged 0–2 years stay free of charge in a cot or in their parents’ bed. Please let us know before arrival if a cot is required.

Children’s discounts in triple rooms and suites:

Children staying in a Superior Double Room, Triple Room or Suite in an extra bed or cot:

• 0–1.99 years: €15 per child and night with two full-paying adults
• 2–6.99 years: 50% discount per child and night with two full-paying adults
• 7–12.99 years: 30% discount per child and night with two full-paying adults

Single occupancy is also available in selected room and apartment categories.

Cancellation Policy – Summer 2026

• Free cancellation is possible up to 2 days before arrival.
• For cancellations made within 2 days of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total booked amount will be charged.
• In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the originally booked nights will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Group Cancellation Policy

• Up to 31 days before arrival: free cancellation
• Up to 42 days before arrival: changes to the number of guests are possible; price adjustments may apply
• 30 to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking value will be charged
• 13 to 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total booking value will be charged
• From 6 days before arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total booking value will be charged

After booking, we kindly request a 30% deposit. The remaining balance of 70% is due no later than 60 days before arrival.

We recommend taking out travel insurance for group bookings. You can calculate the premium and book directly through Europäische Reiseversicherung.
