Rates & Important Information

Our winter rates are flexible and vary according to travel dates, length of stay, occupancy and room category. The current rate for your preferred stay can be found directly through our online booking system or in your personal offer.

Room rates include our generous breakfast, unless otherwise stated for the selected rate.

Depending on the length of your stay, a long-stay benefit or a short-stay supplement may apply. Any applicable adjustment is already reflected in the rate displayed for your selected dates.

When the Arlen Lodge Suite is booked as an apartment, breakfast can be added for €18 per person per day for adults and children aged 13 and over, and €10 per person per day for children aged 4 to 12. Breakfast is complimentary for children aged 0 to 3.

Final cleaning is included with online bookings. When the kitchen in the Arlen Lodge Suite is used, an additional cleaning fee of €25 per day applies.

The local tourist tax of €5 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately.

Rooms and suites are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and are held until 18:00. If you expect to arrive later, please contact us in advance.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00. A late check-out until 12:00 may be available, subject to availability, for a fee of €50.

One parking space per room is included free of charge. Additional vehicles can be accommodated subject to availability for €15 per day.

Your reservation becomes binding once the deposit required under our payment terms has been received.

Winter Rates for Children

Children sharing their parents' double room:

Children aged 0 to 2 years stay free of charge when sharing their parents' bed. A baby cot can be provided on request.

When a child uses an extra bed or baby cot in a Superior Double Room, Triple Room or Suite, the following rates apply when sharing with two full-paying guests:

• 0–1.99 years: €15 per child per night
• 2–6.99 years: 50% reduction
• 7–12.99 years: 30% reduction

Single occupancy is also available in selected room and apartment categories.

Please note: Individual rooms within the same category may vary slightly in layout, floor, outlook or balcony configuration. Room allocation is based on availability, and a specific room or location within the booked category cannot be guaranteed. We are, of course, happy to note individual preferences and will do our best to accommodate them.

Epic Pass – Booking, Payment and Cancellation Conditions

Epic Pass benefits are available exclusively for direct bookings with the Arlen Lodge. The Epic Pass offer cannot be booked through our online booking system on the website or through third-party providers, nor can it be applied retrospectively to an existing online or third-party booking.

Please send your enquiry directly to hotel@arlenlodge.at with the subject line EPIC PASS HOLDER and include your preferred travel dates.

The following conditions apply to Epic Pass bookings:

• Minimum stay: 5 nights
• Guests must hold a valid and eligible Epic Pass for the current winter season
• each eligible Epic Pass holder receives a 3-day Ski Arlberg lift pass valid for three consecutive ski days
• maximum of 2 included Epic Pass lift passes per room
• longer lift passes can be arranged for an additional charge
• Epic Pass bookings are not available over Christmas and New Year or during the entire month of February 2027
• bookings are available exclusively by direct request to the Arlen Lodge
• cannot be booked through our online booking system or through third-party providers
• cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers or promotional rates
• changes to travel dates, length of stay, room occupancy or guest names may affect eligibility for the Epic Pass offer and must be agreed with the Arlen Lodge in advance

Payment Conditions

Separate payment conditions apply to Epic Pass bookings:

• 50% of the total booking price is due within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation
• the remaining 50% is due no later than 60 days before arrival
• for bookings made within 60 days of arrival, the full amount is due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation

The reservation is only securely confirmed once the agreed deposit has been received in accordance with the payment conditions.

Cancellation Conditions

The following separate cancellation conditions apply to Epic Pass bookings:

• cancellation up to 61 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking price
• cancellation from 60 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking price
• in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total booking price

Changes to a confirmed Epic Pass reservation may result in a recalculation of the stay or loss of the Epic Pass benefits.

Cancellation Policy – Winter

• Up to 42 days before arrival: free cancellation. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be retained for any refunds.
• 41 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value will be charged.
• 13 to 8 days before arrival: 90% of the total booking value will be charged.
• From 7 days before arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

Payment Terms

EU Member States

• After booking, 30% of the total booking value is due within 7 days.
• A further 20% is due no later than 42 days before arrival.
• The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.

Non-EU Member States

• After booking, 30% of the total booking value is due within 7 days.
• The remaining 70% is due no later than 42 days before arrival.

For a worry-free holiday, we recommend taking out travel insurance for your ski and/or summer hiking holiday. You can calculate the premium and book directly through  European Travel Insurance

Group Cancellation Policy – Winter

• Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be retained for any refunds.
• Up to 42 days before arrival: changes or reductions to the number of guests are possible. This may result in adjustments to the agreed price or room allocation.
• From 41 days before arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

Payment Terms

• After booking, 50% of the total booking value is due within 7 days.
• The remaining 50% is due no later than 42 days before arrival.
• For bookings made less than 42 days before arrival, the full amount is due upon booking confirmation.
