Winter prices

The prices are per person per night, including our generou breakfast, and are based on a stay of 5 days with standard occupancy per room category. We kindly ask for your understanding that an additional charge applies for occupancy below the standard level.For longer stays we apply our Mountainlife Bonus and for short stays we charge a surcharge. 

The price for the Arlen Lodge Suite is per day by standard occupancy. When booking the Arlen Lodge Suite as an apartment, the breakfast surcharge is EUR 18.- per day per adult and per child aged 13 and over, EUR 10.- for children up to 12 years old, and free for children from 0 to 3 years. The final cleaning is also included in the online booking.

The local tax of € 5.00 per person per night for guests aged 15 and older is not included in the room price and will be charged separately.

Rooms/suites are available from 3 PM and are reserved until 6 PM. For arrivals after this time, we kindly ask our guests to inform us. We request that guests vacate their rooms by 10 AM on the day of departure, otherwise, an additional day will be charged.

One car is free, and for each additional car, EUR 10.- per day will be charged. Reservations are binding upon receipt of the deposit (50% of the booking amount).

Children's rate in the double room with parents':

• 0 - 2 years: Free in a crib or in the parents' bed. We kindly ask you to inform us before arrival.

Children's discount for double room superior, triple rooms and suites, for an extra bed or crib per child per night:

•   0 -  1,99 years: 15 Euros per child per night with two full paying adults
•   2 -  6,99 years: 50%  per child per night with two full paying adults
•   7 -12,99 years: 30%  per child per night with two full paying adults

•    Up to 42 days before arrival: Attention: a processing fee of 5% will be retained for refunds.
•    From 41 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
•    Within the last 13 to 8 days before arrival: 90% of the total booking amount will be charged.
•    Within the last 7 days, in case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the total booking amount is due.
 

Payment Conditions

EU Member States

• After booking, 30% of the total booking amount is due within 7 days.
• A further 20% is due on or before 42 days prior to arrival.
• The remaining balance is payable upon arrival 

Non-EU Member States

• After booking, 30% of the total booking amount is due within 7 days.
• The remaining 70% is due on or before 42 days prior to arrival.

• Up to 60 days before arrival: Free cancellation applies.
  Please note: in case of refunds, a 5% processing fee will be deducted for bank transfers.
• Up to 42 days before arrival: Changes in the number of guests are possible (price adjustments may apply).
• Less than 42 days before arrival, as well as in case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Payment Conditions

• After booking, 50% of the total booking amount is due within 7 days.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 42 days prior to arrival.
