Before Your Arrival

To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we kindly ask all guests to complete our online pre-check-in well before arrival.

You will receive your pre-arrival information together with the link to the online pre-check-in before your stay. Please do not wait until the day of arrival to complete it. We recommend completing it as soon as possible after receiving the link.

If you have not received the link, or if you have any questions regarding your arrival, please contact us directly in good time before you travel so that we can provide you with all the necessary check-in information.

If you have booked through a booking platform or third-party provider, please make sure that Arlen Lodge has your direct contact details. This is the only way we can ensure that you receive all important information regarding your arrival and check-in.

This is especially important if you are arriving later in the evening.

We are also reachable via WhatsApp. If your travel plans change or you are delayed on your way to St. Anton, please send us a quick message.

Late arrival is possible. We simply ask you to complete the online pre-check-in in advance and contact us in good time so that we can organise your arrival and provide you with all the information you need.

    Winter

Open daily from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

In winter, the following facilities are available:

    • Finnish sauna
    • Infrared cabin
    • Salt steam bath
    • Cold plunge

    Summer & Autumn

The Finnish sauna, infrared cabin and cold plunge are available on request from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of our spa area and to follow the displayed hygiene and safety instructions.

  • keyboard_arrow_rightOne Small but Important Request – Please Remember Your Spa Footwear

There is one small thing we would really appreciate your help with when packing.

We of course provide hotel slippers for our guests when needed. However, if possible, we kindly ask you to bring your own flip-flops, spa slippers or suitable non-slip spa footwear for your stay and for use in the Arlen Spa.

Disposable hotel slippers are practical, but unfortunately they also create a considerable amount of unnecessary waste, as they are often worn only once and then thrown away.

By simply bringing a pair you already have at home, you can help us reduce this waste without giving up any comfort.

And of course, if you forget your spa footwear or do not have anything suitable with you, just ask us. We are happy to provide you with slippers.

Thank you for helping us make a small but meaningful difference together.
